I booked appointment for 2pm. I received a confirmation email and then logged out. It was then changed to 1pm by the salon, they didn’t ring or text, just an email that I saw the next day. I think a simple phone call is just basic common courtesy. When I arrived the girl I had booked with went home sick so I had Fiona doing just a normal facial on me instead and and threw in a foot mask cos I was there for a deep cleanse, she was probably the only good thing. She was very friendly and chatty.

I had a wonderful experience! The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the facial was so enjoyable—just what I needed. The therapist was absolutely lovely and very helpful, making the whole experience even better. I noticed they’re doing some renovations, but it didn’t take away from the overall atmosphere. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

I booking in this spa for a sweedish massage for the appointment to be changed 1 hour before from 10am till 4pm. I agreed traveled to spa to be met with my appointment not to be there and staff very confused. . Called number that changed the time to no reply. Was pre paid also to no refund even after contacting treatwell.
Be careful.
