my apointment was booked for thurs salon changed it as they were all ready booked up, i was booked in with a certain member of staff as it said on my conformation email, this was also changed to a different member of staff, the member of staff was present in the salon must have been booked up , overall i was happy with my experience just think app needs to be updated that it matches treatwell

Was greeted by a very friendly girl who proceeded to do my brows - she done an amazing job on them would recommend the HD brows. Hairdresser that done my hair wasn't English and didn't seem to speak the language at all and found it difficult to understand me. She wasn't very friendly - did a good job however. Staff members speak their own language among each other. Nice place, great value.

The salon rang and cancelled 3 hours before my appointment. They were over booked and couldn't fit me in. They were not even apologetic. It was very disappointing and unprofessional
