Appointment was for 16:00. I arrived at the salon to see the shutters half down. I thought it was closed at first. Went inside and was asked to wait. Waited for 20 minutes or so and then had a consultation about style. I have a bob. It was literally cut bluntly around with some shaping of my fringe. The stylist did not speak to me at all. The entire wash/cut/dry experience lasted about 35 - 40 minutes. Friends at home and at work have not noticed that my hair has been cut! Wouldn't go back.
