I am having long time issues with my lower back pain, same as arms going to spasm once a while. Mike has chosen perfect pressure and techniques to address exact points I needed to work on. Already after first session I felt more loose and the pain significantly improved. Very happy to come again soon.

My experience with Mike was excellent from 1st contact. I made contact on his website to seek some advice on having a Sports Massage before the Dublin Half Marathon. Mike replied very quickly & was able to advise me on the correct time frame for the massage. We agreed on an appointment date.
The massage was excellent & really helped me to have a pain free run at the race.
I will enthusiastically recommend Mike’s service to my friends & family.

As a kinder-garden teacher I am whole day on my feet and very often leaning and arching my spine and my whole back is literally killing me. Mike find perfect pressure to address all spots and relieve the tension, felt like a new person after massage session with him. Would definitely recommend his service and looking forward to coming back soon.

I had a great deep tissue massage with Mike. It was amazing experience. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He knows how to melt away your stress and pain.
His studio is very clean and welcoming.
The free water and sweeties are nice touch. I highly recommend his services and definitely will be back soon.
