I never leave bad reviews usually and I feel quite bad, but having got home and really looked at my hair, it’s not in great condition. The balayage is really warm and really unnatural and I felt like she rushed through it. The cut itself also felt rushed; the lines at the back are uneven and have left my ends blunt and almost fluffy? I’m more so concerned with the condition of my hair; i’ve been getting balayage done for about three years and my hair has never felt this damaged afterward, which is especially strange as we cut off at least four inches of my hair. I’ve had other hairdressers work over old balayage/highlights and they all took their time and left natural results. The hairdresser was lovely and i’m sure if you’re looking for a simple colour this place would be fine, but my balayage isn’t even really a balayage, my hair hasn’t felt this damaged since I used a box dye about 8 years ago, and the whole appointment was very rushed. I was her last appointment of the day so I emphasise, but don’t book in late appointments if you can’t spend time on cut/colour properly.
