Appointment for Friday the 30th. Their phone doesn't take messages. I was running late so tried to ring them. They don't take bank cards so I had to walk to Tesco on South Circular Rd and queue for 15 mins to get cash back in order to pay them. I was late for my C'mas party. Nightmare. Never again.
