Very dirty place, old, damp (building). Very fast and friendly but I was shocked by the cleanliness. No ambiente at all, no cosy waiting area, no drinks offered. If you want a good value for money and don’t want a “spa” treatment - this is your place!

Treatment overall took almost 5 hours- usually takes no more than 3 elsewhere. I had two different people apply the colour with no explanation of who was who, why I was losing the person who started the application. Parting the hair with a comb before applying colour was extremely painful and could have been done more gently.
