The room is very big and empty so I was freezing even with my coat on and the portable heater heater they had facing me. Happy with haircut, but feel it shouldn't have taken over 4 hours to finish, having gotten balayage done elsewhere in less than 3.

Worst experience ever! I had to have my hair washed 3 times as each time a greasy residue was left in my hair. Even after the 3rd wash it didnt make much of a difference. Thankfully the manager acknowledged this and I did not have to pay for the blowdry. I washed my hair at home the next day and the greasy residue was gone.
