I went to get a very simple style pinned to one side with Hollywood style waves. I did need to have my hair washed so if the style wasn't possible he should have said. I said I just did not want debs/over the top hair. which is what I got. had to ask him to take a curly bun at th back down. then to make it simpler. then when I got him it really was so bad I took it down and styled it myself. they had no change so ended up giving a 5 quid tip I wouldn't have given as I was in a huge rush. the stylist was very friendly and I did arrive a bit early and was accommodated but I had a picture of a style I wanted and am now heading out the door with essentially straight hair messy with hairspray. waste of my time and money.
