I was waiting 20 minutes for my appointment. I was disappointed I don’t like complaining however as I took a half day for the appointment as a busy mother trying to fit everything in is difficult. Patricia was lovely and apologised as she was on her own, I got the January discount of a free tint but wasn’t offered a further discount due to the long wait time.
