I had booked an eyebrow wax and went in for a patch test two days before to ensure I was able to get the wax. I arrived to the appointment and the girl told me 'she doesn't do eyebrow waxing' after I had waited 15 minutes to see her. she threaded them instead. I informed them I had paid online but they told me it was a deposit and had to pay again which I felt awkward about so I just paid. I checked the prices online later and rang the salon and they refunded me but overall was not a good experience and I didn't even end up getting the treatment I wanted.
