The experience was great and Kim and staff were really welcoming and down to earth. Kim really took the time with me, which I’ve found doesn’t always happen in professional salons. I’m also very happy with my cut and styling. One minor criticism would be around pricing advertised on Treatwell - I pre-paid (what I thought was a full pre-payment) and was then asked to pay an extra €3. Although I’ll not fight over €3, pricing should be consistent across the board, so if the treatment is worth €3 more, it should be advertised on Treatwell at that price. It can create a slightly odd dynamic at the end of the appointment if not.

Good blowdry and friendly staff but no record of my treatwell payment which was a bit annoying.
