I was having the morning from hell when I finally arrived at my appointment (very late) Michele was so sweet and helpful, even making time for me later in the day since I had missed most of my appointment time. She told me a lot about the sugaring process and after care, as well as being generally lovely to talk to. I’ll definitely be referring all of my friends who wax to make the switch! I’ll undoubtably be returning, the attention to detail and care level was amazing!
