About
Jane is a certified Reiki Master, Sound Bath practitioner, Postnatal Bereavement Doula, trauma-informed yoga teacher and Massage Therapist. She believes that we all need to find balance at all levels - physical, emotional and mental. She has been through a lot of grief and bereavement over the years. After her 2 pregnancy losses she decided to specialize in bereavement and trauma. Jane studied Sound healing in India and Ireland. She has been delivering Sound Bath and meditation sessions for yoga studios, corporates and Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs).
