About
Jane is a certified Sports Massage and Myofascial Release therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, Aromatherapist, Postnatal Bereavement Doula, Reiki Master and Sound Healing practitioner. She originally worked in clinical Nutrition and left that career behind to come to Ireland. Jane has a particular interest in the fascia and its relationship with our emotions, particularly stress, burn out, grief and trauma. Jane’s practices have a focus on deep tissue massage and myofascial release through massage and Yin yoga. In 2023 she went to India for an intensive Yin yoga and Traditional Chinese Meridian course and she also trained as a Sound Healing practitioner. P.S. She also works at Ranelagh Physiotherapy Clinic on Tuesdays and Fridays afternoon.
