The treatment room was small freezing and not fit for purpose. It had a fold up bed which was very uncomfortable and stayed only at one level and against the wall. No underwear provided there only seemed to be one type of wax available. You’d have expected to pay less for this but it’s more expensive than its competitors which are by far more comfortable and better. Iris is lovely pity she has to work in these conditions. If I hadn’t have needed the treatment that day I would have walked out.
