My appointment was for 4.15. After waiting 40 minutes with no body coming near me I had to leave. Two staff members doing nothing and one cleaning and still no body came near me for my treatment or to explain the delay. Very unprofessional will not be back!

I was left waiting 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time as they had booked three people for the same time. Shellac is bumpy and uneven. First bad experience here hopefully a once off.
