It wasn't really a sports massage as it didn't focus on the specific muscles. I don't feel the issues I was there for are any better. Also, I booked a 1hr massage but the massage only lasted less than 55 minutes. I'd go back for a regular massage but not a sports massage.

Great reflexology and very relaxing. Staff very friendly and place is very clean and relaxing despites being on georges street.

Ms Foine, I'm unsure if I am spelling incorrectly gave me an amazing massage, I was having issues with my lower back and muscles due to a physically demanding job which is taking its toll on my body. I feel much better and would definitely visit again. I highly recommend this place the lady who took care of me was very friendly and made sure I was ok the whole session. loved it 🤗
