Didnt have Rachel - chose the option to have her but given to a much younger girl. I don’t think she listened to me at all when I said what I wanted. Showed a picture and said I wanted to create as much natural movement as possible with layers and shape, that I liked my fringe out of my eyes. She blow dried it dead straight (I said I don’t like it straight on me) and said she was done when I had a fringe half way down my eyes. She did a few fixes when I said, but really disappointed overall
