I would definitely recommend a visit to Peak wellness. I suffer from a lot of back problems, but Jonathan's massage & advice helped to get me back moving again!

I have been attending Peak Wellness with Jonathan for many months now. I first came with chronic foot pain from an old injury and Jonathan was able to alleviate it for me with acupuncture and a follow up back massage a few days later helped with the strain walking with a sore foot can bring.
Since then I get a back/leg/foot massage whenever I can and am always left feeling relaxed and calm and out of pain.
Jonathan is super calm, pleasant and always ready with helpful advice and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending his treatments.
