I bought a 45 minute shoulder and back massage for my partner for Christmas. He arrived on time and the door bell was not working, so I had to call and get the door answered, leaving the massage to start 10 minutes late. He really thought the massage was very nice, but the whole massage was only 35 mins long. I paid for 45 mins and considering it was not our issue it started late I was very disappointed.
