I found most of the staff had very poor English and didn’t seem to understand the most basic questions. For example I asked about the Hammam and nobody knew what i was talking about. While the treatment room I was in was very comfortable, I dropped something on the floor and when I touched the edges with my hand it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week.
