Usually very happy with any service I receive here. However, I was charged €5 to fix 2 broken nails (with biab?) that happened as a result of the previous shellac I got done here and they broke again 2 days later and chipped because of course that wouldn’t hold.

All previous experiences here were amazing! This time though was not the same. On top of the listed price, I was charged €5 to remove the shellac that I had gotten previously with the same therapist. I was also charged €5 by Anu to fix 2 broken nails with some biab and 2 days later they broke again and chipped on just the broken ones so I was very disappointed and it ended up being really expensive just to have chipped nails 2 days later.
