The lighting in the room where I was waxed made the room and experience feel a little sterile. Since it was my first wax, I would have loved to get some consultation on how to manage the wax to prevent side effects (e.g., exfoliation for ingrown hairs) and when to think about coming back (e.g., in x weeks).
