Appointment got moved twice and they were unprepared for my appointment. Lashes were not done correctly whatsoever, scissors were used to cut my bottom lashes that had been glued to the top lashes. Clumps of pre glued lashes were glued to my skin, was extremely painful and hurt my eyes. Went to a different salon the next day to have them removed and was told i was lucky my eyes hadnt got infected or swollen shut during the night, extremely dangerous do NOT recommend ever coming here!!

Had bulb lashes done with Alexandra. I have to compliment her on her warm and caring approach, she is a beautiful person and made my experience so lovely.

The staff are nice but the place is NOT CLEAN. There was hair on the floor and the nail drying device was covered in glue and nail varnish. The booking system is a disaster. I was lucky as I had no issues with my appointment but three women with appointments were turned away while I was there, as the staff had either “not checked the booking app”, had taken walk-ins instead of honouring existing appointments or had ran out of staff seats (!) so couldn’t honour another customer’s pedicure. A joke

I have never left a bad review but this was a terrible experience. The waxing took place behind a curtain in the nail salon and they only gave me a hand towel to cover. I prepaid for a half leg,but they did a full leg,prepaid for an extended bikini, but she started doing a brazilian.At this stage i said to her that i didnt want her to do it, but she said she had to finish. It was extremely painful.She seemed very inexperienced,at the end i was still covered in wax. They charged me extra too
