I've often got my eyebrows tinted and threaded here, as well as eyelash tints. They always do a great job and the attention to detail is very good. However, last week I decided to get an eyelash lift done. I went into the salon to book beforehand. When I turned up, the girl said she couldn't do my lash lift!!! I explained I had booked it etc and it was confirmed. She said she wasn't experienced to do it. I was disappointed as I really wanted them done. It was just bad mgt, not the girls fault.

The therapist that started my pedicure seemed inexperienced and unfamiliar with steps involved in a pedicure. A different therapist took over and completed my treatment. Disappointing start but happy with the finish.

The lady was a nice lady however she took a long time to do a basic wax. I had to point out multiple hairs she had left behind twice. Maybe she's new. I just think she could do a better job with waxing.
