I had a waxing appointment booked at 10am last Monday in Maynooth. I received a confirmation email & then a confirmation text on the Sunday. On arrival I was told the appointment was in Celbridge. I then went to Celbridge & the salon was closed. I rang the mobile number but was not working multiple times. Beyond disappointing as I was heading away on Tuesday. Very unprofessional & unacceptable management of appointment scheduling.

They had no knowledge of my booking and left without extensions. Staffed seemed nice but this was disappointing
