I turned up for my appointment and the therapist was on her phone. She then had to spend 10 minutes cleaning everything down. I can understand that cleaning between appointments is important, but then she should have been doing that before I arrived instead of being on her phone. Eventually 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start she was ready.
Then on my eyebrows, I asked to keep the thickness but just tidy up. But she took a lot of hairs from the eyebrows themselves. It was very disappointing

So happy that threads are back open. They are the only threading brow bar that I go to. Manpreet was amazing as always.

The concession had closed down and I didn’t have an appointment...despite the text reminder the morning of the appt and this follow on email!!!

Staff listened to my needs and delivered in the best way ! Really friendly Staff and atmosphere. Great service and price Fantastic. Defo will return. Hygiene and attentiveness on point. Will defo be back.
