I had a good treatment in general but the person who helped me was not good at communicating what she needed well .card machine was not working as well

Got my eyebrows tinted and threaded and the girl was very rude from the get go, she kept grabbing my face to move it and her attitude was completely off, she then proceeded to call me “fat like her” , I went to get my eyebrows done to feel good but ended up coming out of there feeling worse than before I went in, it is completely unacceptable to comment on someone’s appearance especially weight, I have been going there for over 2 years and always have had a good experience until now
