Got my ears filled with water at the sink, very weak wash hair still felt dirty, my haircut was the worst ever would never go back, I do a better job blow drying my hair myself I left with frizzy hair like WTF, my sides were hacked meant to be tapered in, just straight across on the sides then a big detached drop to the rest Very disappointed for €100 Was not offered a coffee/tea or magazine just left to sit looking at the wall for 40mins..... Very bad experience!
