Arrived on time but was left waiting over a half an hour for my blow dry

happy with service and highlights, but I was left for 20minutes while my stylist was talking to someone who came in the salon. this was at the end of my visit and my hair only had to be blow dryed but I had to wait 20mins longer than needed.

I didn’t really like the way the assistant just dried my hair instead of blow drying properly and then I had to wait a lot for the actual hairdresser to finish the job however he was free when we started, overall he was nice and apologetic but it took 1hour plus in my case to get the job done.
