I booked my appointment for 3:00 and he was only half way through finishing another persons haircut and my appointment only started at 3:20. I booked in for a wash blow dry and cut but unfortunately had to remove the cut since I had very little time , so I asked to be refunded the difference of the haircut but he said he couldn’t do it because the online website should do it since I paid for it online. I never went to get my refund because the stress and hassle for 5 euro wasn’t worth it. He was good at doing the blow drys though.
