Really rude staff, particularly the older woman. Talking about customers who think they don’t understand the language. Really unprofessional with a bad attitude towards customers. Barely acknowledged upon entering and clearly not happy to have to work. Same nail files used on all customers with surrounding areas needing cleaning. You pay for what you get so if you would like a friendly service go elsewhere where you can pay a bit more. Wouldn’t recommend or book again.

Great experience the lashes were perfect. The girl that done them couldnt be nicer. no wait time and done very quickly

I came home with glue stuck on my fringe and lost a lump of hair trying to get it out, a week after getting my lashes down 70% of them have fallen out and the remainder is all over the place. Absolutely dreadful
