The girl my appointment was booked with was not in that day. Another girl brought me in and seemed clueless like she didn't know where to start! Then another girl finally came in and did the service! I was actually lying there feeling like a spare tool. When I arrived it was like they all looked at each other wondering what I was doing there! They should not accept appointments if they're not going to expect people to actually show up for them!

Really rude staff, particularly the older woman. Talking about customers who think they don’t understand the language. Really unprofessional with a bad attitude towards customers. Barely acknowledged upon entering and clearly not happy to have to work. Same nail files used on all customers with surrounding areas needing cleaning. You pay for what you get so if you would like a friendly service go elsewhere where you can pay a bit more. Wouldn’t recommend or book again.
