It was my first visit to this salon. I am a shy person and I found it a bit overwhelming. There seemed to be more staff than clients and the atmosphere was not at all professional. I must add though that my hair wash experience was the best experience ever. This lady was wonderful. I think a little TLC to the salon would enhance the experience.

I booked this salon because it specified that hot wax is used. This was not the case.
The waxer did not remove all hair and I have visible bruising all over the area that was waxed.
The therapist did not use gloves while performing a Hollywood wax and dipped the spatula back into the wax after applying it to my skin.
