Lan was late,no apologize or explanation,had 2 others before,salon very messy and untidy! Girls working there dont speak any english,no other option than to leave! Will never book again!

The appointment system is a complete shambles. They don’t seem to have any of the appointments from treatwell. It’s first come first serve, so walkins are seen before you. Good value but also did not appear very clean.
