Cut was lovely however staff fighting on the salon floor made was meant to be a relaxing day very uncomfortable for all the clients.
The shellac was excellent but it was 25 minute before I was seen which made me late getting back to work on my lunch hour.
What can I say about this filthy ‘hole’ of a place!!! First of all they were over 30 mins late in taking me, no apology for my wasted time,obviously only their time is precious!!! Next the person doing the waxing was just rude, the room was filthy……never even bothered to change the paper on the bed….needless to say I put a new sheet out for myself which the person waxing me didn’t seem pleased by!!! She seemed to be trying to pull the skin off my body by not bothering to hold the skin taut…
I had a terrible experience. I ended up leaving in tears due to the fact my hair was botched and left uneven and cut all wrong. I asked for long layers and ended up with two different hair cuts and a fringe. The level of unprofessional behaviour by the stylist was just rude. I was being coughed on she thinned out my hair that did NOT need to be thinned out. Every time someone new came in the door she would leave me just sat there on the chair while she was talking which is rude.
Owner needs to treat staff with more respect. Double booking everyone I sat there waiting for over an hour not acceptable.. Owner left staff with little or no stock. The conditioning spray was all used and nothing to use on my hair after getting my hair washed.. Hair spray is from lidl - another customer challenged the owner and she disputed this when it clearly had Cien the lidl brand on the bottle. Staff were lovely and can't fault them but the owner should be ashamed.
