This is a great Salon. I'm a repeat customer and I like going there. The staff are very professional and so pleasant. my hair colour turned out well and the finish was super.

I got a manicure - So, it doesn't really matter if you book or not, its a first come, first service. I got seen 50 minutes after my appt. was booked. As I was about to get my treatment , another lady was placed in front of me and I had to wait another few minutes. It was a very frustrating experience.

The whole experience was a little bizarre. Not necessarily massively bad, the facial was good infact (do not book for massage). However, I paid for 1hr massage and 30min facial, and I got the opposite and didn’t have a choice. What was most bizarre was two girls being in the treatment room throughout talking to each other, standing right next to me, a third person would enter occasionally to grab some bits, all the while “relaxing” music set up and lights off, not sure I would return again.
