When I arrived it wasn’t Sharon who did my treatment but another lady. The place is very loud and the staff shout a lot but I suppose that’s because it’s a local salon. Equipment is old and no one seems overly concerned with cleanliness. However, the lady who did my hair was extremely kind and attentive and did a great job so I would still return.

Showed up and no one knew about appointment. The communication was very bad. Told to come back tomorrow as lady was on a day off. Place didn't look to clean anyway. Will not be making another appointment again .

Great experience I arrived early and they started on me straight away. She did a really good job on my hair and seemed like she was happy to do it.

I did not stay for my appointment... I waited 30 mins with no sign of anyone beginning my treatment. I booked an appointment with Lan... but I don't even know if there was a Lan there. Customer service non existent...I was told to take a seat, which I did, and there was no further communication for the next 30 mins until I said I needed to leave..the response was 'ok'. Needless to say, I won't be back again!!! Some person infront of me was waiting an hour.....

Cost 35 Euro for removal of shellac and repaint. Rip off. Have never paid more then 5 Euro for removal. Also waited an hour even with an appointment
