Had booked appointment for shellac nails on Thursday evening...gor confirmation email and text to confirm appointment. when I got to salon it was closed, phoned salon needless to say phone rang out. Very disappointed that I wasn't contacted regarding this. obviously the salon do not check in on bookings made on the treatwell app. as it was so close to Christmas was unable to get another appointment anywhere else. venue should be removed from Treatwell app if they are not going to honour bookings made via it.
