Sign said Open but no one was there. Booked as having c-section tomorrow, but no one even answered phone or replied through Facebook. Not happy.

Extremely poor customer service. I've had 2 appointments here and both times the hairdresser was late, with no explaination. For my second appointment I wasn't available to wait for her to arrive, so I attended an alternative salon. When I returned to request a refund, the hairdresser was extremely rude and defensive. She insulted my hair and said it looked "shocking". I got a full refund only after I contacted Treatwell. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend.
