Extremely poor customer service. I've had 2 appointments here and both times the hairdresser was late, with no explaination. For my second appointment I wasn't available to wait for her to arrive, so I attended an alternative salon. When I returned to request a refund, the hairdresser was extremely rude and defensive. She insulted my hair and said it looked "shocking". I got a full refund only after I contacted Treatwell. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend.

Laura looked after my little girl so well. She had a wash, cut and blow dry and was so lovely and patient and chatty with my little girl. I would really recommend Laura.
