I am not one to give a bad review usually but my experience here could un-noted. I arrived at my appointment 10 mins early (which was a good distance from my house) and despite receiving reminders of the appointment by text and email, nobody from the salon showed up. After multiple calls and texts I finally got an acknowledgment 20 minutes after arriving, to be told she was unsure where the lady was and I can reschedule for another day (at full cost). Left very disappointed.
