It seemed to be a new place so they’re still getting their footing possibly. The payment system was frustrating since I booked online and chose to pay in store, but wasn’t told that they don’t accept cards in store. You’re not able to pay with a card online except right at the time of booking, so I had to find an atm to get out cash. The closest atms are Eurostar atms that charge my card a €4 fee, so I wasn’t so happy about that. Could’ve been avoided if their website said cash only in store
