They used to do a much better job. My manicure was so bad, I removed it the minute I got home.

Mini Manicure was really poor - my nails were barely filed & I had to prompt a few times to try and get them all the one length (in the end I gave up). Nail polish was layered on REALLY thickly so it still wasn’t dry by the time I was leaving 1.5hrs later!! The finish was bad and they didn’t tidy up with nail polish remover on bits that had got on the skin. Could have done a better job myself. “Luxury” Pedicure was by no means luxury - no mask or any ‘extras’ that you would expect. Won’t be back
