Vanessa was friendly and accommodating from the start. The hair wash was extremely comfortable with a nice head massage in between. The cut was precise and exceeded my expectations! Tried a more visible layered cut in the front and was a bit scared, but Vanessa did amazing and I love the haircut. Excited to be back soon!
