I got the exact cut and style I asked for which wasn't the case in the two previous salons I'd been to, so delighted with my hair. The girls in the salon took a little while to warm up... but I think that's because they were literally freezing! Salon could do with a bit of an update but that's a minor complaint when the cut was 100% perfect and a really good price. Will be back again.
