Unfortunately our experience was far from pleasant.I booked this appt for my 4 yo autistic son's hair cut 1 month in advance with Ivana as she's brilliant with him but on arrival it was not Ivana. The Lady refused to use a scissors & insisted on a razor.She was annoyed with my son & husband because he was not still. The haircut is terrible,absolutely butchered. Its uneven & 100% not what we requested. I'm very upset at the lack of understanding of special needs & the refusal to use a scissors.

Martina is absolutely brilliant with the kids. She is the only one my son will let near his hair. Loved the haircut. Would recommend!
