Eu marquei para fazer o pé e a mão, um dia antes, cheguei (15 min antes) e primeiramente, ninguém falou comigo. Esperei até 1min antes do meu horário para perguntar se era ali mesmo ou o que estava acontecendo, falaram que a manicure estava chegando, que iam mandar mensagem pra ela. Passou mais 15 min e nada, nenhuma satisfação. Levantei e fui embora. Uma pena.

Suprised when I came, had appoitment, they were no prepared, no communication between staff, no receipt on the end...

Booked a facial treatment with them and nobody was there to attend my treatment. An employee asked what I was there for? Told that came for a facial and she did not understand a word in English. She said she understood when I showed my face that it needs to be treated and understood that she will check who will be the person assigned for the treatment. She rang to a person and they kept on talking on the phone while she sat there doing nothing. I ended up leaving because nobody cared to service my appointment. Bad service overall. Will not recommend to anybody.
