I booked a simple gel off & on manicure so should’ve been out in no more than an hour. It took over 2 hours and I was the only person there. They over buffed and filed my nails (for a whole hour!!) to a point where my nails are now all completely paper thin and every single one is breaking. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous.

Eyelashes looked great! Agnes is super friendly and creates a great atmosphere! Was Very helpful with deciding with colours when I’m completely new to this!
