Lori did a great job on my brows and lashes today, she paid so much attention to detail and I'm really happy with the result! The clinic was very clean and COVID-safe also which was definitely a plus. I'll be coming back here for sure

When getting my eyebrows waxed she sprayed alcohol spray on them to clean them which I accepted was due to covid. After the waxing she said my eyebrows were red, but when I arrived home I realised my eyelid was burnt and raw. I am so annoyed as it has left me with a scab! Never again
