The staff was very nice. Hollywood wax was done properly, however the lady waxing my legs did a bad job- waxed a layer of my skin off (I have red rashes all over my legs)

Thought it was great. The beauty salon is downstairs, and the treatment room felt clean, smelt lovely, had good music playing. Good value, and friendly staff.
